Carlie’s passion for helping people achieve their best selves has driven her to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) after graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has been actively practicing as an RMT since 2021, applying her skills and expertise to positively impact the well-being of her clients.

Through her valuable experience as an RMT and hands-on practicum, Carlie has consistently tailored patient-centric treatment plans to effectively address their specific needs. She strongly believes in empowering her patients by providing them with the necessary knowledge and guidance for effective homecare practices, which actively contributes to nurturing their overall well-being.

When Carlie is not working, you’ll often find her immersed in a variety of activities. She enjoys hiking, spending quality time with loved ones, and cozying up with a good book. These pursuits allow her to relax, recharge, and explore her personal interests beyond her professional life.

Adrienne Mak is a graduate of the 3,000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. Prior to massage she attended the University of Alberta and Douglas College where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Sport and Tourism and Diploma of Sport Science. Being educated in Sport Science and playing Varsity basketball for 2 years she is familiar with many sports injuries. Recently Adrienne has traveled to Africa on multiple missions and is passionate about helping people.

Adrienne is committed to assisting her clients to achieve and maintain optimal physical function, recover from injury, relieve pain and improve their overall wellbeing. Adrienne has experience working with young and old, and everyone in between. Whether you’re an office worker, elite athlete, nurse, weekend warrior, or stay at home parent, Adrienne has an amazing ability to meet the needs of a wide variety of patients. Adrienne focuses on Myofascial Release Treatment and customized remedial strengthening to attain specific goals set for each of her clients.

Nobuo Sakata, RMT

Nobuo graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2010. Passionate about lifelong learning, Nobuo has continued his education by completing additional courses on stretching and fascia (the connective tissue located just below the skin).

By using effective techniques specific to individual conditions, Nobuo has helped numerous patients overcome lower back pain, shoulder pain, headaches, neck pain, numbness, and tingling in the arms. His many practices include joint mobilization, and passive stretching. Education plays an integral role in his care philosophy as he teaches patients how to become independent and take control of their physical function. He also believes proper posture is key to preventing and relieving painful conditions.
